My stay at Casona Roma Norte was good. the charming decor and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The room was beautifully appointed, though it felt a bit small for two. The hotel is perfectly situated in a vibrant neighborhood with lots of dining options nearby, making it easy to explore the area. However, I did encounter some issues with the noise level and payment processing upon arrival that slightly marred my experience.

I recently stayed at La Casona Roma Norte for four nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic and allows for easy exploration of the vibrant neighborhood filled with restaurants and shops. However, the check-in process was quite frustrating due to a reservation mix-up. Despite this initial hurdle, the lovely decor and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. 🌟

Rooms

My room had tall windows overlooking Calle Durango, which I loved for the fresh air. While the decor was lovely, the room was rather small for two people, and the noise from the street could be noticeable at times.

The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, but my check-in experience left much to be desired. I had to deal with confusion regarding my reservation for quite a while, which was stressful.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Casona Roma Norte. The hotel has beautiful decor and is located in a vibrant area, close to trendy bars and restaurants. but my room felt cramped, and I encountered some service challenges. While the breakfast was satisfactory, it wasn't exactly a highlight for me.

My room was beautifully decorated but incredibly small. There was no comfortable seating, and the space felt cramped, especially when trying to move around with luggage. The lack of coffee-making facilities was also disappointing.

The service at the front desk was efficient, but I encountered issues during check-in regarding payment processing, which added unnecessary stress to my arrival. Although the staff tried to be helpful, I expected a higher level of hospitality.
Location

The location is fantastic, with easy access to neighboring areas like Roma and Condesa. It's very walkable and close to many attractions, restaurants, and beautiful parks. though the hotel itself felt slightly dated.
Dining

Breakfast was included in my stay, and while the homemade cakes were delicious, the overall experience felt a bit lackluster, with slow service at times. The menu had a good range but didn't quite impress me.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offers standard facilities like room service and housekeeping, which worked fine. However, I expected a bit more from the overall experience given the price point.

I had a mixed experience at Casona Roma Norte. On the one hand, the charming decor and the lovely breakfast were high points, particularly the hotcakes (yum!). But the service left much to be desired, especially during check-in, which was frustrating (it took way too long). The noise from construction and loud staff in the mornings really disrupted my peace, making it hard to relax at this otherwise beautiful hotel.
